Great photography, script and historical references. Clearly an interesting point in history and of interest to art lovers but also to culture vultures :)

SOROLLA EXHIBIT * PAINTINGS ABOUT JAVEA * OPENS TO RAVE REVIEWS IN ALICANTE
This exhibition is important because it represents the Marina Alta area.
Sorolla and his family spent their vacations in Javea - as do many millions of tourists. He found it full of life, light, grapes and raisins, water wheels, sun, surf and sea. His art works help us all to imagine Javea at the turn of the century.
